Short of flying you down to Mexico, the Taj Banjara is doing everything here. In fact, include the price, and you get the feeling of having gone there as well!
After its recent Dhaba Food Festival last month, the Taj Banjara is presenting its next one called The Mexican Food Festival for a period of 10 days.
There will be a buffet spread of the choicest Mexican dishes, consisting of 4 non-vegetarian dishes and 6 vegetarian dishes. Some of the famous non-vegetarian dishes like Chill Con Carne, Mole Poblano, Chicken Green Mole, Fish Marinera and Drunken Beef will be served throughout the 10 days. And for vegetarians, Corn Puebla, Potato Caper Sauce and Jumping Cheese specially made by the master chefs of Mexico will be served.
Mexican cooking uses olive oil and malt vinegar. The spices used are tarragon, oregano, coriander leaves, black pepper beside chillies. Meat and poultry are cooked in different sauces. The chefs will make different items on all the days. A separate live counter of Tacos, Nachos, Enchiladas, Fajitas and Tertillas will be laid along with the largest buffet. Since Mexican food is spicy, Hyderabadis will enjoy it.
Chef Sergio Snyder and Chef Roberto Treves have specially flown in for this festival from Mexico. Please contact Lata M Ramanny, Sales Manager, at 666-9999 extn 1990/1991 for further details.
