The New Year in China is a big event, and it means lots of festival dishes. Aromas Of China, the speciality Chinese restaurant at Banjara Hills, is celebrating this New Year, the year of the Golden Tiger, from 12th to 28th February. Oriental dishes are being prepared by the executive chefs Shyam and Akshay, under the supervision of specialist chef from Hong Kong, Williams.
The a la carte 25-page menu begins with starters, such as Crispy Cucumber with Schezwan Sauce and Steam Cabbage Rolls, dimsums such as Prawn / Chicken / Veg Suimai, Prawn /Chicken Dumplings in Chilli Oil, Chicken with Pakchoy Pao, Barbeque Roast Duck Pao, Spiked Exotic Vegetable and Cheese Pao, Sichuan Vegetable Xiao Long Pao, Deep Fried Prawn Triangles, Prawn / Chicken / Veg Rolls and Spiced Duck Meat Rolls.
For the main course, the seafood section has Baked Stuffed Crab Shells, Soft Shell Crab Hot & Spicy Salts, Norwegian Salmon Steam in Barbeque Sauce, Crab Meat Fritters & Crab Sticks, Singapore Chilli Prawns, Crispy / Soft Prawns / Chicken in your choice of sauce, Roast Duck Twin Chilli Piquant Sauce, Drums of Heaven Beijing Style, Lat Mai Kai, Konjee Crispy Lamb, Imperial Vegetables with Lettuce, Mushroom Pepper Salt, Taiwanese Chilli Baby Corn, Tofu Hunan Style, Mongolian Chicken, Chicken Breast in Sunflower Chilly Bean Sauce and Broccoli with Manchurian Sauce.
In the noodles and rice category, there is Ginger & Capsicum Fried Rice, Bamboo Rice, American Corn Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Clay Pot Rice, Xo Shrimp Fried Rice, Sticky Rice Cantonese Style, Spicy Crab Meat Rice, Mixed Seafood Rice, Hakka Noodles, Pan Fried Noodles in Mandarin style, Chilli Butter Noodles, Chilli Garlic Noodles and Beijing Style Crispy Fried Noodles in choice of sauces.
