The menu will be splattered with names like Tom Yumgai, Tom Kha Pak, Gaeng Ped Gai, Tao Hu Pad Kenchai, Kaopad Nam Prik, Tom Yum Hed, Som Tam, Gaong Khio Werhro Jae, Kao Pad, Taoho Pad Namprik Pao, Pla Rad Prik and Sankaya Pakthong.
The menu is not the only thing that has been spiced up. A lot has been planned for the entertainment as well. A troupe of 18 artistes has been flown in to liven the lunch with 2 dances and the dinner with 3.
