You'd think that when dhabe ka khanna finally became the flavour of the season, everyone would be flocking to a dhaba to eat it. You'd be so wrong. Not only have we transported authentic lip-smackers from those little shacks that dot the highways, we've flown in the dhaba itself!
For ten days Kebab-E-Bahar at the Taj Banjara will be recreating the entire dhaba experience, with its own five-star touches, of course (especially in the bill). The whole restaurant and its menu will be transformed in the evenings to fit this theme. Specialties of the house include the heavenly Dhaba Murgh and Special Dal. There will even be a luxury sweet shop in the restaurant, which will serve all traditional mithai from maalkhova to piping hot jalebis.
