Ultimate Hospitality Services Private Limited is organising a 5-day Telangana Food and Cultural Festival, from 23rd March, at the Nizam College Grounds. Named as Telangana Sambaralu, this one will have about 150 varieties of popular dishes of the Telangana region for people to get a taste of authentic Telangana cuisine.
Saddulu, Sabudana Vada, Taida Ambali, Makka Gatka, Mamidikaya Royyalu, Mamidikaya Pappu, Gongura Mamsam, Natu Kodi Koora, Gudaalu, Jillala Pulusu, Ulava Charu, Pachi Pulusu, Murgh Biryani, Pudina Kothimiri Pulav, Corra Khichdi, Murukulu, Punukulu, Chegodilu, Pappu Chakkilalu, Jentikalu, Pootha Rekulu, Kajalu, Double-Ka-Meetha, Qurbani-Ka-Meeta and Sheer Qorma are some of the highlights of this fest. To reach out even to the common man, the rates are affordably priced - Rs. 5 to Rs. 80 only!
Ultimate Hospitality Services Private Limited has brought 150 master chefs from different parts of Telangana and 300 service boys to serve the various traditional items in two temporary dining halls set up at the venue. Cleanliness and hygiene will be of utmost importance, according to the organisers.
Traditional dances of Telangana tribes like the Gondu and the Koya dances, Dappu Nruthyam, Kolatam, Gollasuddulu, Bathukamma, Urdu ghazals, mushaira and qawwali will be performed daily for entertainment.
