REVIEW FOR SOUTH INDIAN SNACK FEST
In a 6-day long snack fest, Taj Tristar serves up lip-smacking appetizers. Starting right from a glass of fresh lime juice and going all the way to Dabbal Ka Meetha this fest leaves no room for more.
This impressive menu starts with a welcome drink of fresh lime juice, rose milk, coconut water or any other fruit juice. Then follow the snacks - Vada, Mysore Bonda, Aloo Bonda, Mysore Bajji, Plantain Bajji, Brinjal Bajji, Mirchi Bajji, Masala Vada, Dahi Vada and Guliappam.
There is also a Live Dosa Fest where you can watch your dosa take form. As before, the choice is immense - Masala Dosa, Rava Dosa, Set Dosa, Rava Dosa, Rice Rava Dosa, MLA Peasarattu, Mini Veg Uttapam, Ada Dosa, Kasturi Dosa and Sada Dosa.
This is not all. There is also a spread of rice - Bisi Bela Bath, Coconut Rice and Curd Rice followed by a round of desserts which includes Dabbal Ka Meetha, Rava Kesari and Semiya Payasam.
