The Mewar food fest includes everything that is cooked under the Rajasthani sun, minus the sand. You can drench your throats with beverages like Makkai ka Raab, Keri ki Chaach and Amal Vania. The appetizers include Handi Sulas, Tukkar Murg, Machchli Kurkuri, Keema Tikkiya and Poacha Aloo.
The main course goes into pages with names like Delhi Samosa ka Maas, Meethi Maas, Peela Murg, Bhunjma Maas, Achaari Machchli, Lapetma Machchli, Khatti Bheendi, Dahi Doodh ki Tarkari, Makkai ka Dhokla and Thepla. For the sweet tooth, there is a line up of dishes like Narangiya Bath, Dal ka Halwa, Malai Gewar, Khoya Samosa and Dil Jaani.
