REVIEW FOR SKAZI LIVE AT F...

f bar & lounge is celebrating its 1st anniversary from 12th to 20th June. Several DJs will hit the console during the week, including DJ Clement, DJ Shekhar & DJ Aneez, DJ Matt Samuels, DJ Naman, DJ Ishani, DJ Sonal and DJ Rink, and there will be a live performance by Bling Thing, a rap & reggae band from Chennai. There is also going to be a fashion nite by Manish Malhotra & Rohit Bal, and a performance by Skazi on the last day.

On the last day today, Skazi, a band with Asher Swissa and Assaf B-Bass from Israel, will perform. Skazi has been producing psy-trance since 1998. Its first trance album, Animal, was released in September 2000; being previously in the local punk and hardcore scene, Skazi combined live guitar riffs and edgy, techy hardcore sounds. While the music did mesh with other psy-trance, they also decided to share other elements with Hard House and Techno.

Skazi has compiled four compilations between 2001 and 2004 - Zoo1, Zoo2, Zoo3 and Most Wanted. It has also been in many collaborations with other artists.

Skazi currently performs mainly at raves in countries with large psy-trance festival scenes, including Israel, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, Macedonia, Greece, Serbia, South-Africa, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Portugal, Australia, Russia, India, Spain, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Italy, Hungary, Denmark and Sweden.
