At a time when the city is bustling with the classical music concerts, here's a danger that it might not look like that. Well, at least on one day. For, the Big Man is going to perform unhindered by tickets or difficult to get invitations for entry this time. We just hope that doesn't make all classical music lovers zero in on one option.
The Sangeet Marthand Pandit Jasraj Center for Aesthetic & Cultural Studies of Nizam College and Pandit Jasraj himself are jointly organizing the Pandit Motiram And Pandit Maniram Sangeet Samaroh 2001 for a 4-day period. This will be the first time that the Samaroh is being held at the center. Pandit Jasraj has been organizing such samarohs for the past three decades in memory of his guru and father. The latest one falls in the same league, and Panditji wants more and more people to come and share the pleasure of classical music and dance here.
