After their jewels hit the town, it is now their kitchen. But there's a difference - while you don't get any jewels for your 60 bucks at the exhibition, you actually get some food for your money at The Jewel Of Nizam.
After Suhbat-E-Yaran in October, Hotel Golkonda is back with more Hyderabadi cuisine. Marking the exhibition of the Nizams' dazzling jewelry in the city, the hotel is organizing this food festival at The Jewel of Nizam. The menu are aimed at representing the authentic food of the Nizams' kitchens, with soups like Nahari with Mooli and Sheermal (a broth of goat tongue and trotters served with radish and sheermal bread), and Begum Shorba (chicken soup with hint of saffron), and truly Hyderabadi dishes like Nalli Ke Khorma (lamb bone marrow simmered in rich gravy) and Saalim Ghost Chops along with a variety of biriyanis for the main course.
Customers can win two entry passes to the Nizams' Jewelry exhibition at the Salarjung Museum on every bill of between Rs. 500 and Rs. 1,000, and three passes on bills of amounts between Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 1,500.
