Rajdhani Food Festival At The Square

Experience Delhi in town, at a price lesser than that of a flight ticket to the capital. Not that the price is a big consolation, but the menu surely is. There's a Rajdhani food festival hosted by Novotel. The timings of the fest are 12:30pm to 11:30pm.



The food festival is on at The Square, and comprises of mouth-watering Delhi delicacies that include parathas from the Parathe Wali Gali, desserts from old Delhi, and many more. Live counters of parathas will toss out parathas made of Aloo, Gobi, Paneer and Muli, along with Chole Bhature. The chat counter has raving hot and spicy Kachoris, Aloo Tikki, Gol Guppe, Dahi Wada and more.



The main course offers Vegetable Taka Tak, Gobi Masala, and an exclusive Dal Fry station where the chef is dishing out varieties of Dal, some of which are Moong Dal, Toor Dal, Lassini Dal and Dal Fry. The non-vegetarian items consist of Sangam Keshi (lamb), Khatti Meethi Machli, Rajdhani Ka Lamb Chop, Butter Chicken, Fish Amritsari and Murg Shahi Korma.



The rice menu has Lamb Biryani, Chicken and Vegetable Biryani, Vegetable Fried Rice, and Vegetable Hakka Noodles. The desserts menu has specials from Delhi - Imarti, Jalebi, Rabdi, Samia Muzafar, Phirni, Son Papdi and Kaju Pista. 3 types of ice-cream varieties are also on offered everyday - Vanilla and 2 types of the chef's choice.



The menu will be modified everyday, and the buffet includes Kingfisher beer. 5 chefs from Delhi, Bangla feet in Khan market, are invited for the festival.
