If Maggie has spoiled the Chinese noodles for all of us, try the Italian variety. You just might end up kissing the chef.

The Paradise Lounge, at Taj Banjara, is organising a 10-day pasta festival. This special pasta fest is available for dinner only. The chef for this festival is Pratap Choudhary. He is from Tratoria Restaurant, the President Hotel, Bombay. He will be accompanied by the in-house chef, Rajiv Janveja.

The star attractions are the 10 varieties of pastas that you can choose from. Some of these are Linguini, Gnocchi, Spaghetti and Faralle. The preparations will be tossed in different types of sauces like Tomato, Pesco, Sea Food, Bolognese, Asparagus, and Saffron And Cheese. The pastas will be available by al-a-carte.

Those who find the names confusing enough, can stick to the regular buffet which is also on offer. Choose from the available Italian and Indian salads, soups, desserts and other dishes.
