Rita Sinha is presenting an exhibition of her recent works, at the Kalakriti Art Gallery. These paintings are a result of 6 years of her efforts. The collection is an attempt to define happiness as she percieves it. Rita has been trained under Professor V Ramesh, Head of the Department of Fine Arts, Andhra University, Vishakapatnam.
She has devoloped an inclination towards painting, during her teens. Earlier, Rita was mostly into fabric painting but later turned to oil painting in the year 1975. The paintings in this exhibition are also available for sale and are priced between Rs. 2,500 and Rs. 15,000.
