Taj Krishna is hosting a Chinese Food Festival at the Golden Dragon, a Szechwan and Cantonese specialty restaurant, from 16th to 25th May. The menu for the festival has a medley of dishes like Santong Tofu, Tofu Tai Chin, Diced Fish Tain Chin, Vegetable Siu Mai, Fish Bao, Drunken Crab, Sliced Squid In Oyster Sauce, Pomfret Fillet In Sesame Chilli Sauce, Cauliflower Kung Bao, Konjee Crispy Vegetable Eel, Yang Chow, Jha Jha Mein, Long Jing and Pu Her.
Chef Shi Yuan He from Taj Chandigarh has been especially flown down to serve Hyderabadis this authentic Chinese stuff. With 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry in various parts of South-East Asia including Shanghai, Beijing, Japan and Thailand, Shi Yuan He has been with Taj Chandigarh since 2005.
