Green Park is organizing a Kebabs & Biryani Festival from 28th to 31st March, at its Gardenia Lawns. The chef team of the hotel, headed by executive chef Thangappan, will treat the guests to authentic kebabs and biryanis to suit every palate. Biryanis and kebabs are synonymous with Hyderabad, and the festival will give locals an opportunity to savor these delicacies prepared in styles from all over the country.
The buffet spread comprises mouth-watering starters including Tandoori Chicken, Hariyali Sheek Kebab, Galoti Kebab and Irani Fish Tikka, while vegetarians can choose from Tandoori Gobi, Paneer Tikka, Til Mil Kebab and Lehsuni Tikki. The main course has a wide selection of biryanis such as Murch Shahi Biryani, Badshahi Biryani, Jinga Dum Biryani, Noormahal Kofta Biryani and other famous preparations. For the sweet toothed, there are tempting and yummy desserts such as the Kesar Phirnee, Zaki Shahi, Jalebis, Kaddu ka Kheer and Khubani Ka Meetha. All this for a heavenly price of Rs. 390 per head, inclusive of all taxes, and a complimentary glass of wine.
The ambience and the decor of the lawns have been done up in ethnic style, with artifacts and cutouts of landmarks. Heart-warming and soothing live music from ghazal singer Khan Ali Khan promises to transform you into the royal era of the baadshahs.
