The Kebab Festival at Kebab-e-Bahar is a treat with the menu containing a long list of delicacies. The vegetarian pre-platter contains Arbi Kebab, Badaamni Aloo, Vilayati Tandoori Gobi (broccoli) and Methi Paneer Tikka. They will be served with Kadhai Vegetables, Salan, Vegetable Biriyani, Dal Banjara, Raita, Papad, Salad, Chutney and a choice of breads from among Lachcha Parantha, Pudina Parantha, Romali Roti and Tandoori Roti. The platter costs Rs. 600.
In the non-vegetarian pre-platter, under Samunder Ka Khazana, they have Lasooni Jhinga, Haryali Machli and Kali Mirchi Calamari; and under Gosht-e-Angaar, they have Tangri Noormahal, Murg Tikka Afghani, Adraki Chop and Makhamali Boti Kebab. These will be served with Murg Tariwala, Salan, Mutton Biryani, Dal Banjara, Raita, Papad, Salad, Chutney and a choice of breads from among Lachha Parantha, Pudina Parantha, Romali Roti and Tandoori Roti. The Samunder Ka Khazana costs Rs. 800, and Gosht-e-Angaar costs Rs. 700.
The desserts served with the pre-platter are Khubani Ka Meetha, Rasmalai, Double Ka Meetha and Kala Jamun, from which you can choose any two.
Coming to a la carte, under the vegetarian menu, there are Paneer Butter Masala, Palak Paneer, Kumbh Malai Matter, Aloo Gobi Adraki, Dum Ki Subzi Biriyani, Dal Banjara and Dal Tadka. Under the non-vegetarian menu, you have Tandoori Lobster, Murg Nishapuri, Pathar Ka Gosht, Shikampuri Kebab, Dum Ki Murgh Biriyani, and The Dum Ki Gosht Biriyani. The desserts list contains Rasmalai, Shahi Tukda, Khubani Ka Meetha, Double Ka Meetha, Malai Kulfi, and ice-cream in Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocochip Flavors.
