Touch Of Class, the multi-cuisine restaurant of The Central Court Hotel, is organising a food festival of kebabs and parathas, from 10th to 19th November. The Executive Chef of the restaurant, K D Srinivas, dishes out various Lucknowi kebabs like Lassoni Jhinga, Angare Pomfret, Mahi Tikka Ajwaini, Kalonji Kalmi, Ghosht Abu Mirchi, Shikampuri, Murg Dhani, Murg Chakundri, Butte Ka Tikka and Arvi Ke Kebab, and parathas like Ananas Ke Paratha and Parathe-E-Kalakhand.
The delicacies can be savoured for both lunch and dinner, a la carte. The decoration and ambience inside the restaurant have been specially designed in the Lucknowi style, so you get a feel of the ancient city of nawabs and food. Lucknowi paan will be served after the meal, for the final touch.
