HCA Under-13 Inter-School One-Day Knockout Cricket Tournament: Events in Hyderabad

REVIEW FOR HCA UNDER-13 INTER-SCHOOL ONE-DAY...

It's said that there is a great cricketer in every young child. Okay, it isn't, but when there is, the display can be a treat. Like in here.

The Hyderabad Cricket Association is organising the Under-13 Inter-Schools One-Day Knockout Cricket Tournament from 7th to 17th November, at various city grounds. 38 school teams are participating in this tournament, and they have been split into four pools as under:

Pool A has St Andrews High School (Bowenpally), St George HS (Abids), St Joseph HS (Habsiguda), St Paul's HS, Mahabodhi Vidyalaya (Venkatapuram), Pallavi Model School, Delhi Public School, International School, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and Little Flower High School. The matches will be played on 8th November at Parade Grounds and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan grounds, and on 9th November at Parade Grounds.

Pool B has Bhavan's Ramakrishna Vidyalaya, CAL Public School (A Team), St Peter's HS (Bowenpally), St Philip HS, St Anthony HS, DRS Public School, Goodwill HS, Chirec Public School and Jubilee Hills Public School. The matches in this group will be played on 14th & 15th November at Parade grounds and Jubilee Hills PS grounds, and on 16th & 17th November at Parade grounds.

Pool C has Don Bosco HS, St Joseph PS (Hyderguda), Hyderabad Public School (Ramanthapur), Model Mission HS, MGM High School, Boystown HS, Glendale Academy, Bhegas PS, Gowtham Model School (A Team) and St Patrick's HS. The matches in this group will be played on 9th November at HPS-Ramanthapur grounds and Parade grounds, and on 10th, 11th & 13th November at Parade grounds.

Pool D has St Andrews HS (Marredpally), Ivy League Academy, St Joseph HS (Kukatpally), Neeraj Public School, All Saint's HS, Mahbub College HS, Samaritans HS, Gowtham Model School (B Team), Johnson's Grammar HS and Hyderabad Public School (Begumpet). The matches in the group will be played on 13th & 15th November at Parade grounds and on 13th & 14th November at Neeraj Public School grounds and HPS-Begumpet grounds.

All the teams will play in the knockout format in their respective pools. The top two teams from each group will again clash with each other again in a knockout basis, the dates for which encounters will be finalised shortly.
