Head Start 07 - A National Level Tehnical Fest: Events in Hyderabad

It's CBIT's 3rd fest in a month. Nobody is complaining.

Head Start '07, a national-level technical symposium, is being orgainsed by the students of CSE, Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, on 23rd and 24th March. It is a platform for students to interact and share their knowledge. Students from colleges all over the country present their awareness on a wide range of areas, from coding to gaming, and paper presentations to treasure hunts. Here are the details:

Paper Presentation
Papers are invited in the areas of AI & Human Computer Interfacing, Data mining and Data Warehousing, Network Security & Cryptography, Pattern Recognition & Image Processing, Social Computing & Bio-informatics, Object Oriented Software Engineering, VLSI & Embedded Systems, and Wireless Communications & Mobile Computing. In addition, any topic related to Computer Science is acceptable

Project Presentation
Any software product such as device driver, paint tool, text editor, or a media player is programable. Use any programming language and send a description of the project. If selected for final presentation, a demonstration of the project will need to be made.

Game Designing
For all computer geeks, this is an opportunity of show off their coding skills. Design a game and win prizes

Technical Quiz
A quiz competition on computers and software

Coding 'n' Debugging
Designers spend 90% of their time in debugging the given software. To reduce this one need a fool-proof coding of a given problem. Participants are required to showcase their skills in Coding and Debugging, thereby reducing the time required. The faster wins
