Seems interesting, doesn't it? Well, at least we haven't heard of this before. Cascade, the coffee shop of Ramada, is having this food festival where there's a catwalk happening all around you, with leggy women and muscular men strolling around. The first thing that struck us is that for us Hyderabadis it might become a little difficult to concentrate on the food (i.e. for those who went in for that in the first place). The closest we might have come to this is watch FTV with grub when there's no one around whose sensibilities can get offended. But live?
Well, that's what it is. For each of the 4 days that this food festival will be on, there will be 2 fashion shows at the coffee shop, one for lunch (1pm) and one for dinner (8pm). The menu will be different each time, and so will the clothes on display (no, we didn't ask about the models, but with 34 of them coming in from Mumbai and Bangalore, that's likely too). So if you have the kind of money needed to have regular meals at a 4-star hotel, you might find this very hearty.
