Arabiatta Sauce, Flambeed Exotica, Stuffed Portobello... exotic enough? Somehow with food, unfamiliar names seem to hold a lot of charm. Mystique, at least. Judging by that criterion, this festival has significant allure.
For non-vegetarians, there are the Grilled Steak served with red wine sauce, Philadelphia Chicken stuffed with cheese and coriander sauce, Brandied Prawns simmered in brandy and lemon juice and Grilled Fish Steak served with Arabiatta Sauce.
Vegetarians also have a range to choose from - Cottage Cheese Shaslik served with Provencale Sauce, Roasti Potatoes and Stuffed Portobello served with Pesto Sauce.
And to round off the meal, there is a selection of desserts including Flambeed Fruit Exotica, Crepe Suzette, Baked Alaska and Black Forrest Sundae with Rum.
Of course, the Taj being the Taj, all this comes at appropriate prices. But it's maybe worth a try if you aren't going to feel the pinch.
