Hasam Club is organizing a comedy nite on 28th November, at Kala Subbarao Kala Vedika, the mini hall of Thyagaraya Gana Sabha. The event basically consists of parodies & humorous narrations. The maximum time allowed for each contestant is 3 minutes. Anyone can participate in the event and make people roll about with laughter. Okay, maybe not anyone - Hasam Club tells us that you need to be polished and cultured if you don't want to be kicked out.
The Hasam Club was set up 4 years ago, and has 9 branches all over the state at various locations, including at Ellore and Rajamundry. S V Rama Rao is the director of the club, and M P S Prasad is the coordinator. Hasam Publications started 2 years ago, and has published 20 books so far. M P S Prasad is also the chief coordinator of Hasam Publications.
The club organizes a show every month on the last Saturday, between 6:30pm and 9pm, at the City Central Library, Chikkadpally. Please contact S V Rama Rao at 98491-39030 for further details.
