Home For All Expo 2009 By Axis Bank

The third largest private lender in the country, Axis bank, is organising the Home For All Expo at the Institute Of Engineers, from 28th to 29th November. The exposition will be on from 10am to 8pm daily.



The expo will showcase a wide variety of properties across price points (5 five lakh rupees to 5 crore rupees) and categories of these properties, like site, flats, row houses and villas. The bank has already organised its first expo in Bangalore starting from Nov 6, at the Koramangala Indoor stadium.



To support the expo, the bank has extended the repayment period of the standard home loan to upto 25 years. It also offering a variant of the home loan product, called the "Step Down Product". Similar expositions would be organised by the bank in other major cities as well. The low-interest offer on home loans will be valid for a limited period, till December 10th.



For customers who apply for loans at the expo, the bank will provide on-the-spot approval, and waive off the processing fees.
