REVIEW FOR BOOK RELEASE BY VISHWASAHITI
Vishwasahiti and the Small Paper Association are organizing a book release, on 28th May, at the Kala Subbarao Kala Vedika, the mini-hall at Sri Thyagaraya Gana Sabha, Chikkadpally. The book, Talapula Pallaki, has been written by Chennupati Lakshmi Varma, a housewife. Varma has written 8 books on spirituality, poetry and stories, and this book has 108 poems written by her.
The chief guests for the event are Kala Venkata Dikshitulu, President of Sri Thyagaraja Gana Sabha; Vedavati, an eminent writer; and T Venkateshwarlu, chief editor, Krishna daily magazine.
The book release will be followed by a Kavi Samelan by K Prabhakar, T S R Murthy, Ratna Mahidar, S Vijay Laxmi and others; and a music program by Kasturi, Anuradha, Prakash, Gortla Vijaya Bala and others. The timings of the program are 5:30pm to 8:30pm.
