Biryani is one of the favorite dishes of Hyderabad, and an important reason that the city is known the world over. And to take advantage of this weakness of ours, Kabura, the ethnic Northern-style restaurant, is organising a Biryani Festival, from 1st to 10th February.
Served for dinner only, the buffet costs Rs. 250 per head, and contains 3 varieties of non-vegetarian biryanis from Murg Zafrani Biryani, Mutton Dum Biryani, Kaccha Gosh Ki Biryani, Kashmiri Biryani, Kheema Biryani, Prawn Biryani and Fish Biryani. In addition, there are a chicken curry, vegetable biryani/pulao, an accompanying curry from Mirchi Ka Salan, Bhindi Ka Salan and Bagara Baigan, and Plain Rice, Dal, curd, ice-cream, and 2 sweets from Double Ka Meetha, Qurbani Ka Meetha, Kaddu Ka Kheer and Phirni.
