To inculcate good and better health among people, Saptaparni tries to induce this at the primary level - among the children. To make their summer vacations more fruitful, a yoga workshop is being organised from 30th April to 11th May.
The instructor, Sharmila, emphasises the playful element in yoga, for kids. Most of the aasanas are related to animals where children get to have fun making animal noises. Apart from this, the youngsters are treated to stories from the Panchatantra. Simple and easy-to-do aasanas are taught to the children, along with the advantages of doing these aasanas.
