SPIC MACAY (Society For Promotion Of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth) is hosting Virasaat 2009, an annual classical dance and music festival, from 15to 27th September at various venues.
SPIC-MACAY is a non-profit movement with chapters in over 300 towns and cities all over the world. It seeks to foster the exchange of traditional Indian values, and to generate awareness of Indian heritage. In order to achieve its goals, which it does by organizing concerts, lectures, demonstrations, informal discussions and seminar - hosted by local chapters of the organization.
