Eight young artists from gulbarga have painted vivd images of life and its manifestations as part of an exhibition titled ' V 8' being held at Chitramayee, State gallery of Fine arts Madhapur. Their work reveals a fresh approch to life and art.
Twenty-two year old Prasant Firangi, a fourth year student at the MMK College of Visual Art, Gulbarga has chosen music as his theme and sketched beautiful images of the Piano, Guiter, Shenai and Bells. The artist took great pains ti come with thir work, They even went to music classes and concerts to understand their subject.
Jyothi Toshinwal was inspired by the works of the French impressionist Claude Monet, and like him, she incorporated various elements of nature like blooming lotuses and roses in her work. Jyothi `s used collagaes of juxtapose photographs and models to come up with unusual images of life.The other participants include Girish,Sunil,Sarita,Shaahed, Yashoda.
