Dakshin, the ITC Kakatiya Sheraton southie diner, is celebrating a food festival that will feature "The Best Of Dakshin", from all its restaurants throughout the country. Cuisine from the four Southern states - Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu - finds its presence in this elaborately designed menu.
Some of the signature dishes are Kodi Charu, Meen Kaidina, Mokkajonna Vada, Kalyera Thokku, Royyala Eguru, Dakshin Chapa Vepudu, Kothimiri Vanakai Koora, Urlai Kelangu Paattani Masala. There's a full syllabus on the menu.
