Hotel Golkonda, after its recent "Coastal Food Fiesta" in August, is back with a new food festival called the "Suhbat-E-Yaran", a shahi feast of Biryanis and Nizami favorites, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. A wide range of cuisine that is popular in Hyderabad, such as the Nizami Biryani and the Birbali Handi Biryani, and the hotel's own specialties like the Golkonda Special Biryani, will be served at this festival. Visitors can try several vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes being served here, off a menu changing continuously.
The purpose of the festival is to introduce the traditional Shahi Biryanis to the connoisseurs of good food, and that at affordable prices. Visitors can enjoy the food listening to ghazal renditions by Khan Ali Khan that will recreate the nostalgic Qutb Shahi era.
