A 1-day workshop on Smile Meditation & Su Jok Therapy is being organised on 13th August, at Nalanda - The World Wisdom Centre, The Times Of India building, Road No. 3, Banjara Hills.
Smile Meditation is a neutro state of the unlimited mind; it is an opportunity to look at any situation with neutro eyes and the ability to see harmony in everything. The neutro state of mind is a dream - a natural, physiological, periodically recurring state of peace and rest of the mind, in which the reaction to outer stimuli decreases. In a sense, dream is like death. But in dreams there is nothing impossible for a person - his mind freely moves to the past and to the future.
Meditation differs in principle from hypnosis, fantasy and dream. It possesses an active transforming neutro force.
Su Jok Therapy is a method of treatment by stimulation of the hands and feet (in Korean, Su means hand, and Jok means foot), and it can be classed with the best self-cure methods known today. Su Jok is a brilliant discovery by a Korean scientist called Park Jae Woo, who, after many years of careful observation and clinical experience, developed a new system of therapy using only the hands and feet to effect the same results as body acupuncture.
The advantage of this system is its simplicity, safety and efficiency. It is easy to learn, and the speed of response is often dramatic. It employs no forbidden or dangerous points, and is therefore suitable for use by paramedics and laypersons for self-treatment, when they cannot use needles in their clinical practice.
Entry is free. Please contact Ms. Agarwal at 93900-02218 for further details.
