The National Centre for Textile Design is organizing the 7th annual Silk Fab Expo from 2-15 January 2012, at the Kamma Sangham Community Hall.
The expo brings to you, this year, dress materials and many varieties of silk, including Gadwal, Moonga, Tassar, Kantha, Tribal Work, Paithani, Printed Silk and Chanderi.
The silk comes from 83 different agencies belonging to 13 different states, including, Assam, Jammu, Jharkhand, Orissa and Rajasthan.
The revenues brought in collectively by merchants, last year, amounted to Rs. 6 crore.
The exposition is open from 11am to 8pm till 15 January.
