Telugu Culture And Performing Arts; Philosophical Dimensions is the title of the three day seminar at Telugu University. A course in ventriloquism is on offer for those who rattle that off in one breath.
The programs include seminars on Telugu Culture and Philosophy, Carnatic Music and Philosophical Dimension, Kuchipudi Dance, Telugu Theatre, folk art and many more. About 30 delegates of the likes of Pappu Rama Rao from Miami university, Bart Gruzalski from the US and J. Narayan Murti from California are expected to be down. Cultural programs will be held at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in the evening at 6. They have performances by Ratna Papa, Siri Sonti, Dr. Vasanta Laxmi Putcha, and our very own Shobha Naidu.
