The Patiala Buffet has five kinds of salads, four kinds of papads, and a Patiala Lassi as a welcome drink. Besides that, there are Pinde Chole, Muttar Paneer, Sarson Ka Saag, Baingan Ka Bharta, Kadhi Pakoda, Boddedi Aloo, Makki Ki Roti, Methi Mooli Ka Paratha (4 kinds), and a spread of rice like Muttar Pulao, Jeera Rice, etc. For dessert, there is Jalebi with Rabdi and Gajrela (Gajjar Ka Halwa). The cost of this buffet is Rs.179 + taxes.
