The Greater Hyderabad Adventure Club is hosting the Sankranti Family Special on Sunday, 15 January 2012, at Kohe Imam Zamin in Secunderabad, at 7am.
The event will have families flying kites and playing traditional games on the festival of Sankranti. Bring your kites, thread, and chakras with you; equipment for Gilli Danda, Marbles and Seven Stones and other games will be provided by the organizers.
GHAC is a registered NGO and premier adventure and trekking club of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. It caters to outdoor adventure activities that include trekking, hiking, camping, bird-watching and adventure sports.
The club also conducts outbound training, and activities for team building and leadership development.
The costs of tickets is Rs. 107 per head.
