REVIEW FOR PUNJABI FOOD FESTIVAL
Santa and Banta are back this year at Utsav restaurant. With Christmas and Lohri round the corner, Utsav is organising a food festival of Punjabi delicacies from 8th December to 7th January.
All these exclusive dishes are available everyday during the festival days, a la carte, for both lunch and dinner. For the starters, there are Paneer Taash Kebab and Amritsari Paneer Tikka. On the main course, there are Paneer Punjabi, Mutter Paneer, Sarson Ka Saag, Baigan Bharta, Paneer Pakoda, Alu Gobi, Ma Ki Dal and many more on offer.
Then there are Methi Muli Paranthas and Makai Ki Roti for breads, and in the end, the Patiala Ki Lassi. For those who insists on desserts, Gajerila, Jalebi, Rabdi and so on are waiting to be savored.
