Nachiketa Tapovan is a non-profitable organization started in the year 1999, and is into organizing yoga courses for women, and summer courses and competitions for children in essay writing, patriotic songs, painting and many other events.
Starting on the 20th of this month, Nachiketa Tapovan is organizing a weeklong 'Personality Development Camp' as a part of its summer courses. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 years are eligible to apply.
The kids are supposed to stay at the venue till the course is completed. Boarding and lodging facilities are taken care of by the management. A nominal fee of Rs. 250 is charged for the course. Under the course curriculum, the kid will undergo training in group discussion, yoga, meditation, photographic memory techniques, public speaking, nature watching, painting, gardening and Trataka (an eye exercise which ignites one's Agna Chakra - the lines between the eyebrows). Those interested will have to rush in, as applications will not be accepted after the 18th of May.
