REVIEW FOR A SNEAK-PEEK INTO VALENTINE...

Yes! It's that time of the year again! When the entire city is gleaming happily through rose-tinted glasses. When cute little red hearts and pink satin meander across the roads. When love floats aimlessly through the lanes. When Bill Gates faces serious threat from chocolate and card shop owners. When you'll have to read endless junk about how to spend the Valentine's Day while you would probably spend it picking your nose in the office. Yes!

HOTELS

All the hotels in the city will have multiple events at multiple venues in their multi-star fashion. Basically, multiple stabs to your heart as you look at the massive multiple holes in your wallet. But these are the only places where you and your date can be safe from all the multiple loafers dedicated to harassing multiple number of couples.

Type Study: Hotel Manohar

The main attraction of the place Passport is under serious renovation, so this time Manohar contends with arranging theme-based events in its various restaurants.

Pool Side: There will be arranged a dance floor around the fountain and the pool. Loud music, mixed with soft numbers. Dinner served right there, under the starry sky.

Cascade: This restaurant will have the typical candlelight dinner. It's such a pity that a romantic and cherished thing as candlelight dinner can be experienced only on special days in the city. Light music to match the mood.

Copper Pot: This place will go the desi candlelight dinner way. Soft, mellow and classy Ghazals will accompany the sumptuous dinner.

All the events are theme-based. Therefore, the entire color-combination would be red, white and pink. Lots of hearts, balloons and confetti will crowd the atmosphere. The Love Potion will be served to everyone that can be a choice of mocktails or cocktails. The food will also have the feeling of love with names such as Heart Beat, You And I and Love Island finding a place in the menu.

PUBS

Pubs are the most popular places for an outing on the D-day. Mostly because nothing can help you like a shot of whiskey can, when you need to propose or when you need to weep over lost love. And these places don't charge you exorbitant rates either. You yourself will drink up an exorbitant bill. These places have the best music, and best prizes, along with all the fun games involved.

Type Study: Ten Downing Street

This place isn't going overboard with all the hype. It's not promising the earth or anything of that sort. Just plain fun, and great time for every couple that walks-in.

Actress Bhoomika and the model/actor Zulfi Zayed will be the hosts for the day. They'll interact with the crowds, and make the couples play some awesome fun games, giving away fab prizes. And as usual, the music for the day will be extra special (as is the case with the pub anyways) with the DJ spinning up all the favourite romantic numbers.

DISCOS

Yes, there are only a few of these in the city. Not many people will say that 3 can termed as "few" but heck, we don't like math that much anyway! This is strictly for the hardcore party couples that love to freak out more than anything else. Dance in each others' arms till you drop, and then settle down for a couple of drinks, get up and repeat the process. Rise harder if required!

Type Study: Treasure Island

Though a bit far off from normal civilization this place always remains unique for being the only active disc in the city. They're proper pros in this field and really know how to make people swing till they drop like dead flies.

For this Valentine's they're organizing an event named Everlasting Love. They're inviting one of the hottest females in India right now, Rakhee Sawant. This sultry babe has sent many-a-vapor steaming out of men of all ages in her many item numbers in many Bollywood movies like Aanch.

There's also a live band performing for all the cuddling couples - Infrared. This band from Mumbai will play popular rock and pop English tracks.

The price is Rs. 250 per couple or the same price for a stag.

To the site maintenance guyz!!!....not every1 around does have a gal...atleast not me..i'm on vacation and will be around in HYD for another 20 odd days....do let us know the events and places for single guyz and girls(not just couples to party)...i was really suprised on last saturday when all the pubs where just for couples..which really sucks....get more info for singles to hang around

this site is an amazingly useless one. no direction whatsoever - achieves nothing and servs no purpose - inspite of the tall claims that everybody in hyd frequests this site - what a lie - the jokers and morons running this site should either kill theselves or give it all up and get a life for themselves
