She's a undergraduate gold medallist from JNTU, and continues to teach there. Everything else inside just follows, then.
The Alankrita Art Gallery is organising an exhibition of paintings by Kusum Viswanath, from the 7th to the 18th of October.
The exhibition with the theme Arrangement In Colour, showcases paintings of Kusum Viswanath, done with water-colour on paper. It will be inaugurated by Padmasri Jagdish Mittal, an eminent art historian and collector, at 6pm.
Kusum Viswanath has a Bachelor in Fine Arts in painting, with a gold medal from College Of Fine Arts, JNTU, Hyderabad, and a Master in Fine Arts from the University Of Hyderabad. She has participated in various group shows in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Mumbai, in addition to workshops in Hyderabad. She has also worked as a visiting faculty member at the College Of Fine Arts, JNTU, Hyderabad.
