Graffiti is out; leaving an impression on the sands of times is now just a matter of Nakash (etching).
After a very successful art residency titled “Walk Of Art”, Daira Centre For Arts And Culture has once again conceived a “Print Making Workshop”, to promote this amazing medium. Having installed an etching press in its precincts, the sessions go a bit further, with the like minded artists getting together to etch Nakash (impressions).
The professional artists who are participating in this workshop are Akshay Anand Singh, D Ananthaiah, Fauquia Tasneem, Gowri Vemula, Nandini Goud, Shabri Smitha Guha and Sajid Bin Amar.
