Musical Nite by Excellent Classic Waves

Virender Kumar Sony, a well-known singer, lyricist and music composer from Hyderabad, is organizing this musical nite. For want of a better title, or a shorter one, we are calling it the same as it has been on the brochure - "A Grand Gala Extravaganza - Melodic, Magical Voice of Virender Kumar Sony Concert." It will see five artists 
of his troupe performing about 25 old and new film songs. The latest songs will 
be presented in Kishore Kumar's style, which will be a special attraction.

Kumar Sony, who is also the organizer of this show, has staged nearly 25 shows 
over the eleven years that he has been professional, and has won awards in the 
years 1996, 1997 and 1998 for best lyrics at the Laya Tarangani Filmfare Awards. 



Sony is training under Vittal Rao, a renowned classical, light classical, ghazals 
and film-music artist.
