Thinking makes you succeed. Ironically, it also kills. No wonder, half the deaths in this world are due to psychosomatic effects. This may perhaps tell you how important zero thought is.
The Vipasana International Meditation Center was started in the year 1975 by Satyanarayan Goenka to help relieve people of the stresses and strains of their routine lives through practicing meditation under the able guidance of gurus. The organization now has about 50 centers across India, and helps the common public understand the importance of meditation.
Any one above the age of 20 can join this 12-day camp at Hyderabad and undergo training for free. The aspirants are supposed to stay at the venue itself during the period of the course, and will not be allowed to venture outside.
