The Aradhana Social And Cultural Organisation, in association with the Planographers Printers Company, is organizing a lifetime achievement award function and a drama tonite at Sri Thyagaraja Gana Sabha. The drama will be preceeded by a felicitation ceremony. Six people who have contributed immensely to society through their work in different fields will be awarded the lifetime acheivement awards, by the chief guest, Minister For Youth Service, P Harish.
Those being honoured today are K Nagabhushanam, from the field of Administration; dramatist Narisetty Rama Rao; Ashok Kumar, a TV artiste; Ajay Naidu, an industrialist; Rama Devi, a Kuchipudi dancer; and Himabindu Singh from the medical field.
The play that follows this ceremony is Meeraite Emi Chestaru.
