The Salar Jung Museum is organizing a painting exhibition, 'Glimpses Of Independence'. The exhibition will have paintings done in oil and miniatures, depicting the freedom struggle between 1617 and 1947.
The exhibition will be useful for both academicians and students, as it carries a very lucid account of the Indian scene during the 17th and the 18th centuries.
Glimpses Of Independence also includes a portfolio by Salar Jung III Nawab Mir Yousuf Ali Khan Bahadur, comprising of oil paintings, lithographs and miniatures.
