These celebrations are scheduled over 2 days. On the 27th, there will be a classical vocal concert by young children of the Nadopasana group of the Sri Rama Gana Sabha (New Nallakunta). This will be followed by a Hindustani classical music Hawaian guitar concert by G Jaywant (a CA by profession, Jaywant plays a key role in Swaranjali), and a carnatic vocal concert by B Vaidyanathan. There will also be prizes given to the winners of the essay writing competition conducted by Swaranjali (the title was 'Indian Music, Dance and Drama - A Journey to Peace and Harmony') on this day.
On the 28th, there will be a Carnatic Veena recital by K G Vijayakrishnan, followed by a bhajan sandhya by R Satyanarayanan, with Annamayya and Jayadeva Kritis and Hindi bhajans of Meera, Kabir, Tulsidas and Surdas.
