There are certain things about women that all men like. And we don't necessarily mean what you're undoubtedly thinking - the intellectual aspects. Here's Rajeshwar doing justice to their tangible being.
An exhibition of 36 paintings by N Rajeshwar is on at the ICCR Art Gallery, from 20th to 23rd May. Called Manoharam - Ecstasy Through Nature, the exhibition takes the viewers to the world of beauty and ecstasy through nature. In this display, the artist shows a passion towards nature, and the best creation of nature - The Woman.
While 21 of his paintings are fully dedicated to nature, the remaining are on women amongst the nature. The hues and contrasts, even though not bright, are certainly eye-catching, with the beautiful depiction of landscapes and the imaginative beautiful women.
N Rajeshwar is a native of Dubbaka, Medak. He completed his graduation and joined TTC drawing for lower and higher, and completed them to appreciation from his teachers for his devotion, concentration and creativity in art. Thereafter, he trained under P Gnaneshwar Rao, a veteran of portraits, also regarded the father of Hyderabad photographers.
Rajeshwar has been a portrait painter for the last 12 years, and has worked in Andhra Bhoomi weekly and monthly magazines for four and a half years. He has exhibited his works in Delhi, Vizag and Hyderabad, and has been awarded the second prize in the year 2000 at the V S N Galleria Of Art, Kalasree by the Lalitkala Parishad of Vizag in 2000 & 2004, and first prize by the Konaseema Chitra Kala Parishad.
