Dum Pukht has carved itself a niche place in the hearts of its patrons. Unfortunately there aren't many such 'patrons' around. To increase this number and also to mark the fest, Dum Pukht summons the force behind the original, Grand Master chef, Imtiaz Quereshi, who started it all.
The person who started Dum Pukht five years ago is taking it back to how it all started. The best Dekhani dishes on earth. Dishes like Sangam Galauti (fusion of chicken and mutton fried), Noormahal Biryani with mutton Koftas, Handi Kebab, Gandum Ke Pasinde (wheat dumplings), Chikken Tikka, Sheek Kebab and Tandoori chicken will all be in their succulent best.
Deserts will include Double Ka Meetha, Lab-e-Mashooq (Kulfi family), Shahi Tukda and Apple Jalebi Flambe.
An average meal per couple might cost around Rs. 1500. Please contact 2340-0132 for further details.
