They are a lot who believe that the camera is the greatest invention since blinking, and have chosen to make a career out of wielding it. And here's the result of three years of honing in expressing themselves through impressions.
The JNTU College of Fine Arts is hosting an exhibition of photographic works by the final year students of BFA (Photography). The exhibition is called "Dristi 2001". Around 165 photographs taken by the final year students of the college will be on display for the public until the 20th.
The students who have displayed their photos here are B Chakradhar Rao (fashion photography), L C Gandhi (portrait), G Chakravarthy (rock abstracts), Haleemunnisa (photo journalism), E Kantha Rao (advertising), A L Narsimha (advertising), D Mallikarjun Babu (portrait), Maliha Tarannum (fashion), G Rajesh (advertising), G Ranganath Babu (fashion), P Ramesh Babu (tribal), V Shiva Kumar (industrial), D Srinivas (advertising), M Soma Shekhar (tribal), K Vinil Kumar (child portraits) and D Ramesh Babu (abstracts).
