To promote dosas not only as a snack or fast food but also as a main dish, Hotel Golkonda is organising the Dosa Ruchulu, a special promotion festival of dosas, from 7th to 16th September, at its restaurants.
The menu for the festival will have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dosas. These dosas will come with a choice of eight fillings in the vegetarian and three fillings in the non-vegetarian sections. In vegetarian, there are masala, paneer, mushroom, baby corn, brocolli, onion, cheese and pineapple fillings, while in non-vegetarian, there are minced chicken, lamb kheema and egg. There is also a choice of three batters - minapappu (bengal gram), rawa (rice) and pesarattu (moong/green gram).
The prices are Rs. 55 for a vegetarian dosa and Rs. 99 for a non-vegetarian dosa, plus taxes as applicable. Each dosa comes with a complimentary masala butter milk.
