The pen is mightier than the sword - and those who know this, always win!
More than a decade ago, revolutionary woman writers from all across the state came together to form a collective called 'Rachaithrula Sangam', now, it has shaped into the famous Bhoomika Collective.
An independent feminist collective committed to addressing womens' issues, the forum is organizing this event to confer titles upon winners of the Telugu short-story and poetry competitions held for women, earlier this year.
The event will be presided over by V S Rama Devi, former Governor of Karnataka, and Chekuri Rama Rao, popular Telugu literature critic.
For those who have missed the competition, there's nothing to worry. This organization is known for conducting such events, and is always open to those who are ready to use the pen, for a humane cause, of course.
